我只要前天有玩槓鈴,尤其做clean and jerk,或Push press ,或Wall ball 推牆,隔天左腿外側腓腸肌肉都很緊繃,我都有暖身跟確實收操,但還是一樣,緊繃到不舒服了,我來看診...
